Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a new product once you have returned the damaged item. 

 

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic orders ship within 7-10 business days.  

  • International orders ship within 10-14 business days depending on your destination.

  • International taxes will be added at checkout. Custom duties are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance fees and times. 

Out of Stock Items

  • We restock our website on a weekly basis and add new items on a regular basis

Sizing and Fit

  • In order to ensure your product arrives in a timely fashion and you are happy with your selection, please make sure to check our size guide on the website so that you are absolutely certain your selection will fit and we avoid lengthy delays and costs to process your order.  

  • Tips: Please measure your wrist with a string and/or ruler. There is a size guide on each page description where you will be able to find measurement details. Make sure to leave extra room so the bracelet is not too tight on the wrist.
